Flower Competition
Entry Fee: $250
Entry Requirements
-1.5 oz (42 grams) of flower
-Flower must be grown by the entrant
-Open to Minnesota residents 21 years of age or older
-One entry per person in the Flower category
Submission Instructions
Each flower entry must include 42 grams total and be divided as follows:
-18 samples (1.5 grams each) for the judging panel (27 grams total)
-15 grams reserved for potency testing, event display, and competitor sharing during the Growers Cup
Official Grove Bags will be provided when you register and pay your entry fee. If you are unable to visit the store, your submission bags can be shipped to you.
Please Note: If you register but do not submit your entry before the submission deadline, your entry fee will be forfeited and added to the event prize pool.
Solventless Competition
Entry Fee: $250
Entry Requirements
-8 grams of solventless concentrate
-Concentrate must be produced from flower grown by the entrant
-Open to Minnesota residents 21 years of age or older
-One entry per person in the Solventless category
-Entries must be homogeneous (no thumbprints or mixed consistencies)
Submission Instructions
Each concentrate entry must include 8 grams total and be divided as follows:
-12 samples (0.5 grams each) in unmarked Miron jars for judging (6 grams total)
-2 grams reserved for testing, event display, and competitor sharing during the Growers Cup
Official Miron jars will be provided when you register and pay your entry fee. If you are unable to visit the store, your jars can be shipped directly to you.
Please Note: If you register but do not submit your entry before the submission deadline, your entry fee will be forfeited and added to the event prize pool.
Judging Rules
To ensure a fair and unbiased competition:
-Competitors may only serve as judges in categories they are not entered in.
-Entries must be submitted by the registered entrant and must be homegrown.
-All entries must be submitted during the official submission window.
-Any entry that does not meet the submission requirements may be disqualified at the discretion of Greener Gardens.
